Clothes! Makeup!

The velvet and lace blazer I ordered from Chicstar.com arrived today. I got it from the post ofc during lunch break. man, it's beautiful! It fits perfectly! No alterations needed. That sucker is so soft and comfy and spiffy. Worth every penny. I will wear it on our dinner date tonight! It's hourglass shaped. So feminine.

I also ordered more makeup from Aromaleigh when I got my check for proofreading the last book. (bad goth, no biscuit, I know. But I only spent $30.) I bought things I already tried samples of, and got a free jar of body glitter with purchase. My last purchase had a few not so hots in it, but this one is guaranteed because I've tried everything. The colors: Burnt roses, fox, Vivianne, cypress. And the glitter is in Icing Sugar color.

Burnt Roses (from their Gothic Lolita collection) is a darkened rose color with a little shimmer. Like it sounds. This is a fab crease color. It's also very different from other eyeshadows out on the market. I never see this color elsewhere.

Fox is a shimmmery, slightly pinky sand color that goes with everything and blends perfectly.

Vivianne is from the Bete Noire collection. It's a deep dark shimmering purple/burgundy mix. Everything in that collection is dark and rich. Not plain ole black...many colors and all of them goth as f*ck. I'll eventually get them all, no doubt.

Cypress is a light, slightly heathered green with shimmer. A wearable green, but not so muted that it's not worth wearing, either.

Today I have on some other stuff...on my lid, a pale green (spring leaf) by L'Oreal. In the crease, a Milani purple. On the browbone, a pale nude shimmer by Alima minerals. This is SO spring-like! Like, you know, flowers and leaves. lol. Think of purple pansies or violets.

So tonight with this fabulous blazer I will wear my velvet Coffin Lining (so called because of how the fabric is gathered) mini dress and my Tripp NYC heels. Then change into boots for the club. I will have to wear tights or leg makeup because of the follicle mess that hasn't faded yet. :/ That's gonna take a long time. Sigh. Hrm, I could wear fishnets and be all naughty. You know, I think I will!

This weekend I HAVE to do that cake. Gaming is called off because the GM and his wife are going out of town. I will have the time. Oh, also Saturday daytime I am doing makeup for the lovely Ursula. Girlfriend has perfect bone structure and a naturally slender body. She will look like a goddess when I get through.

Sunday I'm on call for modeling at the arts council. I hope they call me! I need the money!
