I never have my camera when I need it. My cell phone sucks as a camera. But anyway, I'm making big strides in my cake decorating skills. My writing is better and my icing is smoother (and certainly better tasting) than you get from many bakeries now. Still using candy roses for the most part though, due to time constraints and not having received the order yet with the fondant that I plan to make roses out of.
