Friend's 50th birthday is coming up. The cake needs to be ready April 1. So...probably bake tonight, ice tomorrow, box up and take to work for the celebration next AM. I need to hit Michael's, too. Bakery box, candy for the candy flowers, etc.

This one's gonna be from scratch. For this sheet pan, let's see, I wanna say 4 recipes of cake batter. Oy!

Couldn't sleep last night, possibly because of the antihistamines I had to take. Now I feel like poo and my eyelids are swollen. When I did finally sleep, the dreams were insane, and not exactly good. All the science fiction I've been reading is definitely figuring in it. I will take a nap after work before I do the baking. I wish I could take a nap right now!
